Cancellation insurance claim
You must read this carefully first!
Canceling your vacation is never pleasant. Therefore, we make it as easy as possible for you. Please read the text below carefully before canceling your vacation. You can report the cancellation to us online via this form. You can start entering the missing details by entering your policy or booking number, postal code, and house number. After each subsequent step, your data will be automatically saved in between. This allows you to complete your report at a later time. You can always log in again by entering your policy or booking number, postal code, and house number.
If you have not completed all the steps within 14 days, we will delete your data, and you will need to start again.
Medical Reason:
If you are canceling for a medical reason, there must be a condition as stated in the policy terms and conditions, such as "Serious illness." Therefore, you can only cancel on the advice of a doctor who confirms this. Never cancel on your initiative.
Processing:
To expedite quick processing, it is essential that the claim form is completed as thoroughly as possible and you simultaneously submit the following documents (which you can add as attachments at the end). Required attachments with the claim form are:

Cancellation cost invoice (filled out by the recreation company!)
